Internal Cantilever Racking is designed for efficiently holding long, bulky items such as timber, pipes, and metal profiles within an indoor environment.
This type of racking features horizontal arms extending from a vertical frame, allowing items to be stored without front columns obstructing access.
The system is highly versatile, with arms that can be adjusted to accommodate varying sizes and weights of materials. It is particularly useful for builders’ merchants that require organised and accessible storage of large items in limited space.
The installation involved a number of Free-Path Cantilever Racking at a height of 4.5 meters. Two arm levels were required at lengths of 1220mm, giving 1,000kgs capacity per arm. This will ultimately allow the racking to withstand the weight that will come from the products placed onto it and therefore resulting in a stable hold and no products falling off, inflicting damage to the racking’s structure.
